At Nexabyte, we provide a high-speed digital bridge to third-party payment services. Because our platform serves as a third-party aggregator and not a financial institution, the following policies apply to all users and partners.
1. Nature of Service
Nexabyte provides a directory and redirection service to help businesses connect with payment gateways. We do not sell physical products, software licenses, or financial services directly. Therefore, there are no “orders” to refund through our platform.
2. Third-Party Transactions & Refunds
All financial transactions occur on the secure, external platforms of the third-party providers we list.
- Refund Requests: If you require a refund for a transaction made through a gateway we connected you to, you must contact that third-party provider or the merchant directly.
- No Financial Access: Nexabyte does not have access to your transaction records, credit card details, or bank funds. We cannot initiate, process, or reverse any payments made to third parties.
- Third-Party Policies: Every gateway provider has its own specific refund and dispute resolution policy. We strongly advise reviewing their terms before completing any transaction.
3. Cancellation of Facilitation
Users may stop using the Nexabyte portal and our redirection links at any time.
- There is no cost for browsing our aggregator, and no formal account cancellation is required for general users.
- If you have signed up for a service with a third-party provider through our link, you must follow their specific cancellation procedures to close your account with them.
4. Partner Merchant Cancellations
For payment gateway companies and financial institutions listed on our platform:
- Listing Removal: Partners may request the removal of their gateway from our directory by providing a 15-day written notice to
partners@nexabyte1.online. - Administrative Fees: Any one-time setup or premium placement fees paid by partners to Nexabyte are non-refundable once the listing has been activated on our platform.
5. Mediation Assistance
While we are not legally responsible for refunds, Nexabyte values the integrity of our bridge.
- If you encounter a fraudulent provider or a broken link on our site, please report it immediately to our support desk.
- In cases of communication breakdown with a listed partner, we may (at our discretion) assist in facilitating a conversation to help you reach their dispute department.
